Privacy policy
Last updated 21 October 2026. Covers every Olibean game: Mochi Merge, Jelly Squish, Duck Jam and Boba Sort, in the app stores and on the web.
In short: no account, no name, no email. We record how the game is played under a random ID to improve it. Ads in the apps are served by AppLovin, which uses your device's advertising ID. You can limit ads tracking and turn off notifications in your phone's settings, and ask us to delete your data at any time.
Who we are
The games are made by Olibean. Questions or requests: support@olibean.app.
What we collect
- A random player ID, made on your device. It is not linked to your name, email or account.
- How you play: when you open the game, which levels you start, win, lose or leave, boosters you use, ads you choose to watch, and how long you play.
- Device and app details: the kind of device and operating system, the app version, language and country.
- The ad that brought you, if any: the campaign it came from.
- A notification token (apps only), so we can send you game notifications, such as a reminder that your daily puzzle is ready.
Your game progress (levels, coins, stars) is saved on your device.
What our partners collect in the apps
- AppLovin (AppLovin MAX and the ad networks it works with) shows the ads. It collects your device's advertising ID, IP address, device details and how you interact with ads, to show ads, limit how often you see them, measure them and prevent fraud. Where the law requires, it shows personalised ads only with your consent. See AppLovin's privacy policy.
- Google Firebase delivers notifications and may record crashes and basic app use. See Firebase privacy.
- Google Play handles downloads and any purchases. We never see your payment details.
On the web
The free web versions ask before recording anything outside the United States. If you agree, they record play as above, and the AppLovin and Meta pixels measure which of our ads bring players. In the United States recording is on by default and you can opt out in the game's settings under Privacy choices. Each web game also has its own page with your choices: for example mochimerge.olibean.app/privacy.
Why
- To keep the games working and see where players get stuck, so we can make them better.
- To show ads, which keep the games free.
- To measure which of our own ads bring players who enjoy the games.
- To send notifications you can turn off.
We don't sell your personal information. Some providers may process data outside your country, with the safeguards the law requires.
Who else handles it
- Supabase stores the play records for us.
- Cloudflare hosts the websites and sees your IP address to deliver them.
- The partners named above, for ads and notifications.
Your choices
- Ads tracking: on Android, go to Settings > Privacy > Ads to delete or reset your advertising ID. On iPhone, apps must ask before tracking you, and you can say no.
- Personalised ads: where the law requires, the app asks for your consent first. You can change it from the game's settings.
- Notifications: turn them off in your phone's settings at any time.
- See or delete your data: email support@olibean.app with the game's name and, if you can, your player ID (in the game's settings). We reply within 30 days. Deleting the app removes everything stored on your device.
How long we keep it
Play records are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted.
Children
The games are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has used a game, contact us and we will delete the records.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date above, and ask again where the law requires it.
