These terms cover every Olibean game, in an app store or on the web (together, "the games"). By playing a game you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't play.
The games
The games are free to play. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play them on your own devices for your own fun. We own the games and everything in them: the art, sounds, levels and code.
Ads
The games may show ads, including ads you can choose to watch for a reward in the game, such as a free continue or a booster. A reward is given only when the ad has finished. Ads are provided by third parties, who are responsible for their own content.
In-game items and purchases
Coins, boosters, stars and other items in the games have no money value, can't be exchanged for money and can't be transferred. If a game offers purchases, they are made through the app store and its terms and refund rules apply. Items may change or be removed as a game is updated.
Your progress
Your progress is saved on your device. If you delete the game or clear its data, your progress may be lost and we can't restore it.
Play fair
Please don't copy, modify, sell or reverse-engineer the games, cheat or use them to break the law. We may stop providing a game to anyone who does.
Changes and availability
We keep improving the games. We may change, pause or stop a game, or these terms, at any time. When the terms change we'll update the date above; playing after a change means you accept it.
No warranty
The games are provided as they are, without any promise that they will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss from using them. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
